In each of the truffles there is approximately 1g of medicinal mushrooms. This is a good baseline recommended dose to start experiencing the benefits with consistent use over time.
Yes there is a generous amount of mushrooms in these chocolates as they are also a supplement after all. However the taste is very much all about the chocolate!
